Abstract Artificial intelligence systems, known in modern society as smart machines and technology, especially smart computer programs, are one of the current problems of the time. These systems, which serve to "simplify" our lives by increasing people's leisure time, productivity in production and other activities, in many cases lead to the violation of rights and freedoms in practice. The right to equality should be emphasized. In the article, author explains the practical issues related to equality and non-discrimination in the application of artificial intelligence systems in detail, and makes recommendations on ensuring the right to equality.
