Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan No.2087 dated June 10, 2020 "On approval of the composition of the Collegium of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan" and "On cancellation of the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan No.746 dated June 19, 2001 "On approval of the Collegium of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan"

Guided by paragraph 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I decided:

1. To approve the Collegium of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the following composition:

Prosecutor of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic
Baku city prosecutor
Director of the Investigation Department of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan
Director of the Department for Supervision over Investigation in the Prosecution Office of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan
Director of the Department for Public Prosecution Defense of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan
Director of the Department for Organizational and Executive Supervision of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan
Director of the Personnel Department of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan

2. Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan No.746 of June 19, 2001 "On approval of the composition of the Collegium of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan" (Collection of Legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, 2001, No. 6, article 429; 2006, No. 9, article 810; 2014 g.), No. 7, Article 893) shall be declared invalid.

3. This Order comes into force from the moment of signing.
