Answer: Admission to service in the prosecution authorities is carried out through a competitive selection process.

Answer: The competitive selection is held to assess the preparation, knowledge, general knowledge, as well as the suitability and merit of each candidate seeking to join the prosecution service for the positions of prosecutor, investigator, or operative officer, and is conducted in an open and transparent manner in accordance with international requirements. Persons who successfully complete this training are admitted to the prosecution service.
