On the composition of the collegium of the Military Prosecution Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan
In order to improve the work of the bodies of the military prosecution office of the Republic of Azerbaijan, increase the efficiency of its activities, ensure collective leadership and strengthen supervision over the implementation of decisions made, guided by Articles 10 and 12 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On the Prosecution Office":

Order:

1. To establish a collegium of the Military Prosecution Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan, consisting of 9 people.
2. To approve the composition of the collegium as follows:

Chairman of the collegium:
Khanlar Valiyev - Military Prosecutor of the Republic of Azerbaijan - Deputy Prosecutor General of the Republic of Azerbaijan;

Collegium members:
Shafahat Imranov - Deputy Military Prosecutor of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
Rasim Kazimov - Deputy Military Prosecutor of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
Mehdi Huseynzada - Director of the Department for Investigation of Grave Crimes;
Yashar Hasanov - Military Prosecutor of the Nakhichevan Autonomous Republic;
Samed Aliyev - Director of the Organizational and Analytical Division of the Military Prosecution Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
Rovshan Efendiyev - Director of the Division of the Military Prosecution Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan for Supervision over Investigation;
Aydin Alasgarov - Director of the Division for Public Prosecution Defense of the Military Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
Mahir Aliyev - Director of the Division of the Military Prosecution Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan for supervision over investigation in military prosecution offices;
Ilyas Rzayev - Director of the Division of the Military Prosecution Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan for supervision over law enforcement in investigative bodies and places of detention of soldiers in custody in units of the armed forces.

 3. To announce, and send the order to all subordinate structures.
