In the article, the problems of migration and the protection of the rights of persons with disabilities in the era of globalization are extensively analyzed on the basis of important international documents and national legislative norms. It is noted that one of the most vulnerable population groups participating in migration processes in the modern world includes people with disabilities. Taking this into account, appropriate international legal mechanisms (important international documents and organizational structures) are being formed and improved to ensure the protection of the rights and legal interests of persons with disabilities, prevention of discrimination against them, as well as modern attention and care to them.

The article concludes that as a logical continuation of the important activity, important activities will be carried out in the international sphere in the near future in the direction of effective regulation of relations in the field of migration, including illegal migration, and solving existing problems. This includes close cooperation of our state with international mechanisms in the mentioned field, signing of regional and bilateral international agreements, close participation in important international events, and other such issues. In addition, since the migration problem has a serious impact on the protection of the rights of persons with disabilities, it is necessary to adopt comprehensive measures in this direction within the framework of both international law and national law. This includes, first of all, the resolutions of the UN General Assembly that must be adopted on the protection of the rights of persons with disabilities, a number of recommendations of the UN Committee on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, and finally a number of international documents within the framework of regional international organizations, etc. Finally, the improvement of national systems at the level of legislation and organizational mechanisms based on the provisions of international documents adopted in two important areas, such as the regulation of migration processes, as well as the protection of the rights of persons with disabilities, and ultimately, activation of the activities of the non-governmental organizations as public control in the mentioned field is necessary.
