The Department for Organisational and Executive Supervision is an independent structural unit of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
The main responsibilities and functions of the Department: to carry out organizational work and control over the implementation of the prosecution system, ensure the activities of the prosecution office as a single centralized body by organizing the accompanying activities of all bodies, coordinate the activities of bodies carrying out organizational work, and monitor its implementation in other prosecution offices, organize the Collegiums of the Prosecutor General's Office, operational meetings of the Prosecutor General's Office, as well as other events, form the agenda and draft decisions of meetings of the board of directors and operational meetings, to monitor the implementation of decisions made, supervise the timely and high-quality preparation of the division of duties, work plans and periodic reports between structural units of the Prosecutor General the apparatus of the prosecution office, as well as monitor the implementation of these documents; to organize and improve work on statistical accounting and reporting in the Prosecution Office, supervise the timely and correct execution of documents and instructions taken under control in the Prosecutor General's Office, organize the work of civil protection, etc.
