The Logistics Support Division is an independent structural unit of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan. 
The main duties and functions of the Division: to ensure the material, technical, social and transport activities of the Prosecution Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan; to resolve issues of capital construction and repair of buildings and structures belonging to the prosecution office; to control the targeted use of budgetary funds, as well as extrabudgetary funds; to keep records and distribute funds received from the off-budget fund, as well as funds allocated to the material and technical base of the prosecutor's office in connection with special confiscation; to make suggestions for improving the material and technical base of the prosecution office; to carry out work related to the provision of logistics equipment and premises; to participate in tenders related to the implementation of public procurement in the manner prescribed by law; to conclude contracts and control their implementation, etc.
