Deputy Prosecutor General of the Republic of Azerbaijan - Military Prosecutor of the Republic of Azerbaijan

Valiyev Khanlar Rustam oghlu

 

Khanlar Valiyev was born on March 15, 1955 in Yevlakh city. In 1978 he graduated from the Law Faculty of the Baku State University and started career in prosecution bodies. Kh.Valiev worked as a Senior Investigator, Assistant Prosecutor of Ganja City Prosecutor's Office, Deputy Prosecutor of Gazakh and Shamkir districts. In 1993-2000 he was the Deputy Prosecutor General of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

By the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated February 10, 2005 he was appointed Deputy Prosecutor General of the Republic of Azerbaijan - the Military Prosecutor of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

By the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated September 27, 2008 he was awarded the order "Flag of Azerbaijan", and by the Decree of June 23, 2006 - the medal "For military service" and other medals.

Under the Order of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated March 15, 2005 he was awarded the badge "Honorary Prosecutor".

He is in the military rank of Lieutenant General of Justice, and is candidate of legal sciences.

Married, has three children. 

 

  

Deputy Military Prosecutor of the Republic of Azerbaijan

Kazimov Rasim Sadig oghlu


Rasim Kazimov was born in 1962 in Imishli district. In 1989 he graduated from the Law Faculty of the Baku State University. Since 1992 he worked in prosecution authorities of the Republic of Azerbaijan, was appointed as an intern for an Assistant Military Prosecutor of Baku garrison, since 1993 he worked as assistant to the military prosecutor of the same garrison; since 1996 he worked as an investigator for particularly important cases. Since 1999 he worked as a senior investigator of the Investigation Department of the Military Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and since 2001 – he was the investigator of the Department for Grave Crimes, since March of that year he worked as Deputy military prosecutor of Garabagh garrison and acted for the Military Prosecutor. Since 2004 he was appointed the head of the Division for supervision over the investigation in prosecutor’s offices of the Military Prosecutor's Office, since 2006 – he was appointed the head of the Department for investigation of reports on law breaches in the Armed Forces.

Under the Order of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated May 27, 2009 he was appointed the Deputy Military Prosecutor of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

He is in the military rank of Major General of Justice.

Married, has three children.

Imranov Shafahat Aydin oghlu

Shafahat Imranov was born in 1972 in Goychay district. In 1993 he graduated from the Law Faculty of the Baku State University. Since 1994 he started to work in prosecution bodies of the Republic of Azerbaijan, he worked as an intern and investigator in Baku city Azizbayov district Prosecutor's Office, since 1999 – as investigator and senior investigator of the Baku city Khatai district Prosecutor's Office. Since 2004, he worked as a prosecutor of the Division for supervision over investigation in the prosecutor's office of Baku city Prosecutor's Office, in March and December 2005 he served as Deputy Director of Investigation Department on Grave Crimes of the Military Prosecutor's Office. In December 2005 he was appointed to the post for which previously acted, and in 2006 was appointed the head of the Division for supervision over investigation in military prosecutor’s offices.

Under the Order of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated December 4, 2009 he was appointed Deputy Military Prosecutor of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

He is in the military rank of Major General of Justice.


Married, has two children.
